All participants are also required to fill out and submit the Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley Waiver and Release. The release form will be sent to your e-mail via Docusign once your registration is complete.  Participating youth (ages 14-17) must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or group advisor.  If you are registering a small group, we will be reaching out to you for contact information for each participant. 

If you are registering for flower bowls, this project is intended for families with small children ages 2-8 years old.
